Estes Termos de Uso regem o uso do aplicativo REMAIN ("REMAIN" ou "o app"), desenvolvido por Fleemoon Code, Brasil. Ao instalar ou usar o app, você concorda com estes termos. Se não concordar, não use o app.
O REMAIN é um app gratuito para criar o hábito de ler a Bíblia todos os dias: planos de leitura, sequência de dias, busca, compartilhamento de versículos e lembrete diário. Funciona sem internet e não exige conta. Os recursos podem mudar, melhorar ou ser removidos com o tempo.
Concedemos a você uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva, intransferível e revogável para usar o app nos seus aparelhos, também sujeita aos termos da loja de onde você o baixou (Google Play ou App Store). Você não pode copiar, modificar, descompilar, revender ou redistribuir o app, salvo quando a lei ou as licenças de código aberto de seus componentes permitirem.
O texto das Escrituras vem de traduções em domínio público ou licenciadas sob Creative Commons que exigem atribuição. Os créditos e licenças de cada versão estão em Configurações → Versão da Bíblia. Notas de rodapé e títulos de seção são omitidos no app; o texto dos versículos não é alterado. O REMAIN não é afiliado a nenhuma igreja ou denominação, e o conteúdo é oferecido para leitura, sem aconselhamento religioso, jurídico ou médico.
Use o app de forma lícita e não tente interferir no seu funcionamento, burlar anúncios ou extrair seu conteúdo de forma automatizada.
Os anúncios são exibidos pelo Google AdMob e as estatísticas e relatórios de falha são processados pelo Google Firebase, segundo os termos do próprio Google.
A versão gratuita é mantida por anúncios do Google AdMob. Não controlamos o conteúdo dos anúncios, e qualquer interação ou compra com anunciantes é exclusivamente entre você e eles.
O app, o nome REMAIN, o logotipo e o design visual pertencem a Fleemoon Code. Os textos bíblicos pertencem aos seus respectivos detentores, nos termos das licenças indicadas no app.
O tratamento de informações pelo app é descrito na Política de Privacidade, disponível no app e em https://fleemooncode.netlify.app/privacy-policy-remain.
O app é fornecido "como está" e "conforme disponível". Não garantimos que seja livre de erros ou ininterrupto.
Na medida permitida em lei, Fleemoon Code não responde por danos indiretos, lucros cessantes ou perda de dados (por exemplo, progresso perdido ao desinstalar o app ou trocar de aparelho). Nada nestes termos limita direitos irrenunciáveis previstos no Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Podemos atualizar estes termos, o app ou descontinuá-lo a qualquer momento. A versão atual, com sua data de vigência, está sempre disponível no app e em https://fleemooncode.netlify.app/terms-of-use-remain. Continuar usando o app após uma alteração significa que você aceita os novos termos. Você pode parar de usar o app a qualquer momento, desinstalando-o.
Estes termos são regidos pelas leis da República Federativa do Brasil. Os conflitos serão resolvidos no foro do domicílio do consumidor, conforme a lei.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the REMAIN app ("REMAIN" or "the app"), developed by Fleemoon Code, Brazil. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
REMAIN is a free app to build a daily Bible reading habit: reading plans, streaks, search, verse sharing and a daily reminder. It works offline and does not require an account. Features may change, be improved or be removed over time.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on your devices, also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the App Store). You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the app, except as allowed by law or by the open source licenses of its components.
Scripture text comes from public domain translations or translations licensed under Creative Commons that require attribution. The credits and license of each version are in Settings → Bible version. Footnotes and section headings are omitted in the app; verse text is unchanged. REMAIN is not affiliated with any church or denomination, and the content is offered for reading, not as religious, legal or medical advice.
Use the app lawfully and do not try to interfere with its operation, circumvent ads or extract its content in an automated way.
Ads are served by Google AdMob, and statistics and crash reports are processed by Google Firebase, under Google's own terms.
The free version is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of ads, and any interaction or purchase with advertisers is solely between you and them.
The app, the REMAIN name, the logo and the visual design belong to Fleemoon Code. Bible texts belong to their respective rights holders, under the licenses indicated in the app.
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy, available in the app and at https://fleemooncode.netlify.app/privacy-policy-remain.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Fleemoon Code is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data (for example, progress lost when uninstalling the app or changing devices). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
We may update these terms, the app or discontinue it at any time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available in the app and at https://fleemooncode.netlify.app/terms-of-use-remain. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as provided by law.
